After climbing Croagh Patrick, My two friends and I were looking forward to a relaxing evening.... we got to St Anthonys, received a nice welcome and was shown to an excellent room in a side building beside the main house..... Jacuzzi bath, shower, comfortable bed, nice and quiet, just what was required. The location was within 5 min walking distance... more

We stayed at St Anthony’s for one night in September. There was nothing we could complain about. The house is in a central location. It didn’t take us more than 5 minutes to walk to the centre of the town. The room was quite nice and very clean and the bed was all right. The bathroom was above average. There... more

My partner called to this B and B to have a look at the room, thought it was lovely and suggested I have a look. At this stage we had viewed a number of B n B's in Westport in order to find a nice place to stay for the night. When I went to the door, the owner muttered... more

We just returned from a 2 night stay at the St. Anthony's B&B in Westport. We had a lovely, clean, spacious room. The staff was very freindly and served delicious irish breakfasts. The B&B is very close to town (5 minute walk) and there is good street parking. Westport is really fun with lots of good places to eat. They... more

I stayed here with my small daughter and we both had a pleasant stay, only two nights, but would have loved to stay longer. Easy to find, great location, safe parking and clean comfortable room. The breakfast was good with plenty on offer. I would recommend this B&B and would certainly stay again. more

We had a comfortable night’s stay in St. Anthony’s this weekend. Westport is a small town, pretty and very close to Knock airport (we used it as a pit-stop enroute to the West Coast) – I don’t think it warrants more than a night though. St. Anthony’s offered surprisingly large, comfortable rooms with a decent-sized bathroom. Location is good and... more

We stayed two nights in May at St. Anthony's B&B in Westport, County Mayo.....a wonderful experience. Sheila Kilkelly is a first rate hostess, the place is immaculate, very good breakfast, definitely would return. Westport is a great town, easy to get around, fun pubs, and St. Anthony's is right in the heart of town. High praise!!! more

This place needs to get some sound insulation! We had a terrible stay in this place due to the lack of sound insulation between floors. We stayed in a room on the middle floor and heard not only footsteps of our upstairs neighbors during the early evening, but well after midnight when we heard them come home, it seemed like... more

Westport was the last town we stayed overnight and we wish we had given it more time. St. Anthonys B&B is walkable to everything in this incredibly charming town. Sheila Kilkelly is a delightful hostess and runs an IMMACULATE home with a staff (!), delicious breakfast, and everyone is helpful. Our room was spacious with a deep tub, in room... more
