We stayed here for a few days in October and enjoyed everything about the place except for the traffic noise. It's situated on a fairly busy road and there are cars and trucks going by at almost all times, which can be noisy even with the windows closed. Me and my boyfriend have just come back from Westport and we had a lovely time in McCarthys! The b&b is lovely the breakfast was so so tasty and Geraldine was lovely! The B&b is very central to everything and i will def book there again when i get to travel to Westport again!! more

We stayed here for 3 nights, and it was worth every penny. The accommodation was very fresh & clean, and Geraldine & Michael were very warm and friendly.
