We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Glendaran. Although it is not in Westport Town, it is within walking distance (though perhaps a little far) to the shops and restaurants of Westport Quay. Westport town is an easy 3 minute drive and had great shops and pubs. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. more

Lovely big bedroom for the 3 of us, very comfy beds, lovely breakfast, and a wonderfully quiet location. Westport is a beautiful place to visit in Ireland, and Glenderan offers quality accommodation a short driving distance from the main village area. We'll be back! more

Although this B&B offered a huge room with sitting area, a large bathroom, good breakfast, and a really nice host (Dermott), it was far away from the city and we had to drive in the first night. The city pretty much closes up after 8 pm...we got lost trying to get back in the dark. There are NO street lights... more

We stayed in two rooms for three nights. Our experience was somewhat mixed. I have rated it a 5 because the accomodations themselves were the nicest we had in Ireland and we stayed in seven different places. The room was immaculate and very spacious. The furnishings and linen were of the highest quality and the breakfast was delicious. Westport is a beautiful place but if it wasn't I would go back again just to stay at this B&B. more

A little difficult to find, but the quiet area allows for a good rest. Room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was great and Irish breakfast was good too. Very comfortable bedding! And a clock radio! Yay! more

Spent one night in this B&B as part of a motorbike trip. The rooms are very luxurious with plenty of space and extremely comfy beds.
