After reading the reviews I was surprised to find a very nice clean hotel with very helpful staff. could not check in at 12 noon but left the bags there and walked in to town nice walk (takes 45 mintues) had lunch and got a taxi back. nice views from the hotel. I found the room to be clean and... more

1. Restaurant food and menu choice was not what I would have expected from a 4-star €240 a night hotel, more like a cheap & cheerful 2-star €49 a night hotel. We were waiting an hour for our main course. When it finally arrived, I pointed out to the waiter that my steak was burnt (black!), the waiter merely agreed... more

Just back from a lovely few days at the Radisson in Sligo and i honestly couldn't fault the place. The staff were so helpful and the lady at front desk gave us a lovely sea view room up on the third floor - all i can say is if your lucky enough to be here when the weather is nice... more

Good check in and lovely rooms but these were the only positives. The location is far out of Sligo and although it looks great from the outside the hotel tries for the business market and misses by a mile. Although it looks good the running and execution was very poor. Laundry left in the hallways and just a feeling that... more

We came for a nice relaxing break, but couldn’t get any sleep, as there was a wedding (this hotel welcomes weddings!), and the music (very loud!) was heard in our room until 2 a.m. Apparently, we were not the only guests suffering. At breakfast we heard a family at the next table (with kids!) complaining that they could hear “every... more

We have just returned from a long weekend away at this hotel, it was beautiful. I was worried before I went because of some of the reviews. Ok it is a 4 star Hotel but would pass as a 3 star in some areas. Rooms are not up to 4 star rating but are spotless clean. Breakfast in the mornings... more

Was really disappointed by this hotel. Hallways were shabby and unclean. While the room was a good size, a metal bin in the bathroom was shockingly filthy. So too was the cover of the Guest Directory from which food particles from another guest fell when it was opened. Late breakfast (9.30) saw a 10-15 minute delay just to be seated.... more

Room service is poor. Breakfast in room was overcooked. Ordered a bottle of wine to room which was warm! Air conditioning has been fixed to one temperature only making room hot and sticky. There were supposed to be films to view in the room- useful when weather is bad. All of them were Adult movies which is shocking. When I... more

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and really enjoyed the breakfasts every morning - there was enough to keep you going until dinner. The Sunday buffet breakfast is very popular with the locals also. Lovely location, nice drive down from Sligo center along the water. Evening meal wasn't as good as the breakfasts. Lovely room, all bright, clean... more

Hi, Stopped in the Radisson for lunch today, really looking forward to it. Menu choice was excellent, I decided to have a glass of wine to go with my steak and mushroom pie. When i was drinking my glass of white wine, i had at least 3 BAR FLIES, flying around my drink and our table. When I finished my glass... more
