Stayed over for 2 nights for Valentines, the building is just beautiful & our accommodation was just superb. I stayed on business midweek, the fork was dirty, the plate had sauce around the edges. I completed a customer survey, addressed this to the general manager. Did she take my comments on board ? She didn't bother following it up. I wouldn't return. I wouldn't recommend. Perhaps a little customer service could have made a great difference. More
