After arriving in Shannon and driving non-stop for 3 hours, we were delighted with being at Pearse Lodge. Mary and Kieron were welcoming and helpful and quite knowledgeable about downtown Sligo and surrounding sites. Our room was spotless and very quiet. The walk to town center was only 5-minutes. We spent two wonderful nights at Pearse Lodge and can't say enough about how wonderful it was. The room was beautiful and gave complete privacy ,lots of room with a spacious bathroom . We stayed i a room in the annex which meant we had to go outside and reenter the main part of the house for breakfast, use the computer etc. We had little contact with the owners as they were in the main part of the B & B. more

Mary and Keiron were wonderful, the house was everything we could ever want, the breakfasts were out of this world. Great location, in a beautiful part of Ireland. We took a bus to Northern Ireland for the day, and also had easy access to the ocean from Sligo. more
