What a place to stay . Slaney manor was really enjoyable place for a relaxing break .Stayed in the Courtyard rooms , lovely setting with all the old buildings .The accomodation,and the food were first class.Most of all Margaret was an excellent host and went out of her way to make us welcome.Would definitly return again.

This guest house is in a lovely setting, with a winding driveway with fields on either side. There’s plenty of free parking, and cars are parked around the back of the accommodation, so there’s no disturbance with noise, slamming doors etc. We stayed in the courtyard, which are converted stables and all these rooms looked out onto the pebbled courtyard.... This is a really quaint little place. We stayed in the courtyard on a deal. While our room was spotlessly clean and fresh, it was quite small and we had very little light from a small window in the corner. There was a standard double bed which is unusual these days as you would expect a king or queen size.... More

Recently spent two nights in the stables in Slaney Manor. The room had no window and the bathroom was quite cramped. The bathroom door opened ditrectly onto the toilet. The breakfast fry was very poor. The sausages were like rubber and the rashers were tasteless. Beautiful location and the staff were very friendly. Would not stay there again.......

We stayed in the coach house on the ground floor for one night. The room was clean and a good size. Bathroom was also a good size.
