Excellent B&B. Cozy, spotless rooms with lots of nice touches. Excellent morning breakfasts made to order. Even the bread is homemade. I did stay at the Pinebrook B&B for two nights in early May 2009. The B&B is a new and modern house and is located at the quiet end of a sidestreet. This was our 2nd stay at Pinebrook having stayed there last year for a night the bedrooms are immaculate and has TVs and tea making facilities in every room The owner goes out of her way to make sure that your stay is a happy one and serves a very good breakfast We will stay again more
