From the moment I saw what Green Acres had to offer I knew it was going to be as special as I had been told. This is more than just a B&B. We had our own private entrance & lounge and were presented with a spacious well equipped kitchen overlooking open countryside. A couple of evenings we decided to stay in & use the kitchen facilities and enjoyed our meal sat by the log fire. This B&B only has one letting room which is beautifully furnished with many quality extras so we instantly knew we were going to have a lovely relaxing holiday.
The double bedroom is tastefully set out and the ensuite shower room is everything you would expect from a B&B of this standard.
The real beauty of this place is it's setting in a quite country village with a good local pub within a three minute walk away and then back to relax around the fire with a complimentary brandy, kindly provided by the hosts. Harrogate & Skipton are both very easy to reach from this location... more
