Lovely helpful staff, Lovely fresh breakfast, Lovely comfy room, Lovely, quiet location. I would recommend staying here over one of the larger chain hotels. I stayed at Arden house for harrogate week, it was close to the centre. The rooms were clean, tidy and had freeview, tea making facilities and sink and shower. Everything I needed was to hand, the staff were friendly and polite at all times and nothing was ever any trouble. Best bit was breakfast! Made to order, fresh and quick.... More

The room was very comfortable and the next morning's Full English Breakfast was exellent. The staff extremely helpful and supllied maps and dining reccomendations. Car parking was so easy and the hotel is only 5 minutes walk away from restaurants and shops. Apart from a towel holder falling off the wall, there were no "cons". Reccomended. More
