Room 18 has a 4 poster bed but is quite gloomy. Staff very friendly. Excellent croissants at breakfast! Easy off road parking outside the hotel more

i only stayed for 1 night but the hotel is superb but what made this place stand out were the staff, especially the manager adam, they were amazing and so helpful even when you lock yourself out of your room more

I stayed 3 nights in the single rm (Rm 9) and attended a conference at the conference centre. I couldnt have been more comfortable and what made it for me was the staff. Was in two minds whether to write a review as i want to keep this Hidden little Gem all to myself! I have stayed in severel hotels in Harrogate and this is by far the best yet.
