Excellent receptionist. All the staff were pleasant and efficient. Food was extremely good but the breakfast was a little cool because of being under buffet lamps. Extremely clean throughout the hotel.Parking was wonderful as the bays are right in front of the hotel. Well.........what can I say. I checked out the other reviews and they are about right. The room was dreadful, shoddy decor and sash windows that needed an overhaul. The plumbing system must have been installed by Heath Robinson. The staff, at best, were disinterested. The parking situation is a joke.
