Stayed for three nights - slightly noisy with the traffic but quieter at night . Breakfast can be a bit hit and miss depending on how many people staying at hotel and what time you get downstairs. Although situated outside of the city, the location next to the excellent Park and RIde means that you can travel to and from the centre for £1.50 including parking - very cheap and ultra convenient. The Holiday Inn Express is a standard chain hotel near a business park on the ring road south of Gloucester. We've used it several times as a convenient place to stay when visiting family in the area. The rooms are small but very clean.
