We booked this on a Hilton special offer which was outstanding value. This hotel is conveniently placed for many local attractions and East Midlands Airport and Donington. The staff were consistently well mannered and very helpful. The rooms were very good with large widescreen TV and good range of channels. arrived at 9pm went and had dinner straightaway as the restaurant shuts at 9.30 pm. meal was disappointing as it was tasteless cold ,had a drink at the bar waited 25 minutes before got served (only 1 bar person serving) with a christmas fuction. went to the bedroom and orderd room service waited 1 hour to get what you have... more

Cant complain really. Massive and clean room, comfortable bed, spotless barthroom and 2 large plasma tv's! Yes the rooms are a little tired but never the less, my stay was pleasant enough that Id consider taking the family there (as I was staying on business). more

This Hilton is on the decline. Mildew in shower. Smell of humidity in bathroom. Poor lighting in rooms. Extremely narrow twin beds. I will tell my employer never to put me here again. On a brighter side the staff was flawless. more

This was an overnight stay with parking for an early morning flight. Although we weren't in the hotel for long we were a little disappointed with a few things. The staff on the reception were very efficient and polite and the taxi service to and from the airport was good. But the hotels cleanliness left a little to be desired.... more
