we booked this hotel as a last minute break and were delighted to be told that the bridal suite was available. what a shock we got when we got to our room,it was like something from the 70s! the room also contained a double and a single bed?? we ordered our meals via room service and although pleasant enough food... We decided to visit La Gondola for an evening meal after seeing it featured on Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares - he'd 'supposedly' kicked the place into touch. We should have realised when we rang to confirm numbers and they had 'lost' our booking, yet still managed to squeeze 11 in on a Saturday night. We had to go at 7.30 instead... More
