We chose The Pear Tree because it claims to be dog friendly - and it certainly is! On arrival, our dogs found in 'their' room not only a dog bowl, but bottled spring water and chews to go with it! We returned from a weekend break at the Pear Tree a week ago. We were intitally impressed by the warm welcome although the hotel interior is rater tired looking but spotlessly clean.
