This is the second time that I have stayed in this hotel and I can not praise Hazel and Graham's hospitality sufficiently. From their warm welcome they exceeeded my expectations a second time and I personally am planning the next time that I can return. I can personally recommend The Stanage and its exemplary service standards. more

Outstanding customer service, absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Spacious bedroom, well fitted - they have thought of everything. Breakfast in front of a real log fire - the only problem was leaving! The owners made my business stay away a truly home from home experience - in fact it's even better than at home, I couldn't be more looked... more

We can thoroughly recommend The Stanage to anyone who wants bed and breakfast in a lovely house. The rooms were clean and had all amenities required. The breakfasts were first class and Hazel was very welcoming and helpful. The coffee and cake on arrival was also much appreciated. more

I would just like to add my comments to those already written about this excellent bed and breakfast establishment. I stayed with my wife for two nights at the Stanage and found it to be a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Our host Hazel greeted us with tea/coffee and cake and made our stay very enjoyable. The room we had was... more

If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Telford I would fully recommend avoiding the hotel chains and head for the Stanage B&B instead. I was welcomed at the B&B by the owner, Hazel, with a pot of tea and a toasted teacake, which was gratefully received! Hazel was also happy to help arrange transport for me too; nothing... more

A beautiful location for a bed and breakfast with lots to do in nearby location. The Stanage is an immaculate B and B and the hosts, Hazel and Graham are warm and welcoming. I have not stayed in a better B and B - and I have stayed in a lot. more

What a wonderful place to stay! A friendly welcome with the aroma of fresh baking drifting from the kitchen. Tea, scones and information once we had settled in. Very comfortable room with small but spotless en-suite shower room. Close to Ironbridge for evening meals and tourist attractions! Delicious cooked breakfast (with local ingredients) by a log fire, overlooking the garden.... more
