We spent our fifth new year's eve here. We only live round the corner and are leisure club members but always stay overnight - it is a real home from home. The staff provide friendly service and it feels small not at all like other 'chain' hotels. See you in December! More

I have stayed here on business many times during 2011. The hotel is well situated for Telford and Shropshire. The staff are usually friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean and comfortable and many have been refurbished. The restaurant is reasonable in quality and vaue - £15 to £20 per main course. The pool and spa is decent quality though... More
