First the poor: The family room was a good sized room, and was incredibly hot when we arrived. In fact so hot that we needed to open the windows. .. unfortunatley the bedroom window was above the kitchen industrial sized extractor, and so we the room soon became full of the most overpowering cooking smells. - not nice! - perhaps they need to consider redirecting the cooking extractor up a chimney above the roof line and away from the accomodation??

The building could certainly benefit from the addition of double glazing. The traffic noise wasn't too bad, as the road it is on isn't a particularly busy one - however it would have been a more pleasantly quiet nights sleep if the room was double glazed.

The ensuite bathroom was clean and functional, (good powerful shower), however the decoration and finish was certainly looking a little on the tired side and could IMO do with a refit.
