First off let me say that this is a very well presented B&B (not a hotel) with high quality finish and a great attention to detail. Of particular note is the food which is beautifully cooked, a real find. However, the wireless internet does not work in the bedroom of the room I was in, which was the only place... more

Thank you for your hospitality and friendliness. We very much enjoyed our stay in the Foundry Masters House. Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfasts, and dinner at the Coalbrookdale Inn were delicious and to a very high standard. Many thanks Janet and Robert more

We stayed a couple of nights at the Coalbrookdale Inn in September - had a great time. Our room was right over the bar but that's not a problem - you'll want to be in the bar until last orders sampling the excellent selection of guest beers on offer. The staff and the locals really made us both feel welcome.... more

We stayed 3 nights 13-16 October and would highly reccommend anyone to stay here as Dawn and Danny's guests. Their was welcome was very warm, nothing too much trouble for them at all. We stayed in room 3, which was better and than some 4 * hotels, we have been to - very comfortable bed and well appointed modern bathroom,... more

We stayed at Foundry Masters House which belongs to the Coalbrookdale Inn and ate at the Inn.... We both said after eating that it was the best meal either of us had ever had. We were not expecting such an amazingly high standard of food and presentation. Any of the dishes would not have been out of place at a... more

Our stay here didn't have a good start. When we arrived at 4.30 the Inn was locked and empty. We had to be at Blists Hill for 5.30. No one was answering the phone, we had to go out of town to do this as there was no signal) and we panicked and tried to book ourselves in somewhere else.... more

We stayed at the Foundry Masters House, just 4 mins down the road from the Coalbrookdale Inn, both these properties are owned by Dawn and Danny. Our accommodation was all we required, comfortable bed and a fantastic en-suite. We ate both nights at the Coalbrookdale Inn. The pub part is just like any other old pub, stone floors etc., but... more

The rooms a really tastefully decorated memory foad mattresses - we are in the process of buying one!! and the en-suite bathrooms are up amoung the best. We ate both nights... more

We stayed 3 nights to see the museums and ironbridge area. Perfect location for this. Coalbrookdale is charming, the lanes behind the village worth walking round as is the watercourse walk . The food & service was excellent, definately eat here, if you go anywhere else ask Dawns advice! Our bedroom very comfortable & well appointed. The bar was initially... more

A geat inn. Very comfortable room and a hearty breakfast. Don't be put off by the bar area of the inn, it is a bit tired looking. We stayed in room number 3, it's the best in the house, in fact it's a suite with separate lounge area and a massive bathroom - all very contemporary. more
