I booked this hotel because of its proximity to Gatwick Airport before a flight to the USA. On arrival it looked quite nice from the outside, but we were struck by the car park (which we had booked to house our car for 2 weeks). It was bursting at the seams with cars. This hotel made my skin crawl. It appeared dark and dated. The decor was from the seventy's. The rooms where very tired and looked like they could do with a good clean. It served it's purpose of an airport car park and somewhere to sleep before we traveled 4 hours home but i would not recommend it to my friends.... more

Never again. Dingy, dirty, old bed with sunken mattress and a terrible stinky odor. I felt stuck with no time nor energy to find other options for an overnight stay in the middle of a long journey. In my opinion you are better off avoiding this place more

We nearly drove straight past this hotel as the signs are not very prominent. We booked through our travel agent for a one night stay plus parking for a week. This hotel was easy to find just off J23 of the M23, and we were met by a helpful receptionist, but the walk down to our room was depressing. Sadly the room was in desperate need of refurbishment and had some untidy light fittings.... more

What a dump,the only good thing about this motel is that it is good for parking and a free shuttle service to the airport. Beds are as hard as concrete,and the pillows are the concrete bags,plus there are "things" in your room that have not paid for the peasure of your company.It should be bulldozed down. more
