Took 1 hour 20 minutes to get back to the hotel from Gatwick airport at 10.30 on a Monday evening and this was after a 5-hour flight. Didn't need this. Hotel is expensive for what it is - standard business hotel with depressing bedrooms and expensive food. Needless to say, we won't be returning! more

We stayed at Ramada Plaza Gatwick on the evening before we were due to fly from Gatwick. We had researched paying for two weeks parking at an independant car park but the cost was £120. The Ramada cost us £109 for a night stay and 2 weeks parking on site. Great value. We didn't have to leave the car keys... more

Stayed for two nights to attend an event in town, so I picked the hotel mainly for its location. Pros: 1. Good location in close proximity to gatwick and road links. 2. Room was good value (if the price went up during peak times would not be worth it). 3. Clean. Cons: 1. The hotel charged 'luxury hotel' prices for... more

We stayed at this property for an overnight stop before we headed to St. Lucia for our wedding and honeymoon. The package included 2 weeks parking. The hotel itself is fine - the rooms are pretty standard and the food at the restaurant was nice enough - if not a bit pricey for what it was. One thing I would... more

I stayed here as an overnight in Crawley. Brilliant for the airport. The check in process was simple and the staff were pleasant, the room was clean, and was an excellent size. I didn't eat at the hotel, apart from breakfast, which was average at best. Overall, this was an unremarkable stay, the plaza isn't a bad hotel at all,... more

A decent hotel, location is great for the airport and I found it easy to find. The service is a bit impersonal but ok and the food, I had a bar meal was expensive for what it was but that's to be expected as there's little alternative around. more

We had a very brief, but pleasant, stay at the Ramada Gatwick in October. We arrived late, around 9pm and were checked in by friendly, efficient staff. We had a triple room which consisted of 3 single beds. The room was plenty big enough for 3 adults and both the room and bathroom were clean and nicely decorated. We went... more

The hotel can be found fairly well from Junction 10 of the M23 when exiting towards Crawley. Not signed when travelling through the `roundabout` town though - just look hard for the shiny tower block by the flyover. I was staying for one night mid-week on business, and first impressions were of a modern hotel with a clean glass facia.... more

We stayed here for one night prior to our morning sunday flight to Cuba. We were pleased with our room. Good size and well appointed. We took dinner at the hotel which was good but a bit expensive. We had early breakfast in our room at no extra charge. Reception gave us a list of bus times but the 8:15... more
