This is right in the centre of crawley, it's on the main high street, it's clean and good value for money. The room was nice, standard 3* room bed was comfortable, it was very hot in the night i didnt realise you oculd open the windows, also there are no bath smellies, so take your own. hotel is in the center of town, food okay in local area. bars in area no fitness suite available even though it tells you there was in internet. room basic tab stock when turned it on in bath, also main light didn't work. the only good thing about hotel is the area it is in. very dissapointing. more

Did not know what to expect, but right in the centre of town, parking was ok, room was large and clean, Craig on the Front Desk was most helpful and recomended a nice Indian Restaurant and the pub over the road to watch the footie. Breakfast was fine and really good value! more

The external saftey door did not lock The staff did not know anything or care about anything. The rooms are shabby and in need of a good clean mould in the bathroom.
