Needs serious refurbishment, but the price is right. However had to use the room phone to call a Mobile, as I had no signal on my phone. On phone 10minutes, I was charged over £28.00. Charming hotel that also has plenty of function. Old English grounds and outer facade, yet maintains modern rooms and conveniences such as: TV with clock, High speed internet (xtra fee, but fast), room service, quality bathroom and spacious room.
