We booked for one night only at the Waterhall Country House, Gatwick, prior to taking a flight for our holidays. It really is a country house with extensive gardens, boasting the occasional deer strolling through! And so close to the airport too - we were amazed. Couldnt fault anything, spotless, good cooked breakfast, free wifi in bar area, see deer which wander through the garden whilst eating breakfast, the noise from the planes could hardly be heard as the bedroom had double glazing. I left car in car park and had no problems. more

Stayed here before a flight to Florida. Very impressed and would do the same next time I fly from Gatwick. Good, clean, tidy rooms and bathrooms, great breakfast and very friendly, helpful owners/staff. Stayed at the Waterhall Country House for one night before my pilot medical at Gatwick. Found the stay both pleasant and friendly, had a perfect nights sleep, a great breakfast and felt as refreshed as I could have. The location is brilliant for Gatwick, and the staff were excellent. more
