Well what can i say we have stayed here on many ocassions and have allways enjoyed a warm welcome and comfortable ride to the airport and back without a long wait then when we can to stay this time all had changed and not for the better fist at the reception we were greeted by a less than happy person... more

if flying from gatwick there are better hotels around.This one needs updating to bring it into the eighties let alone 2008.Staff seemed a bit off especially on reception and had a couldn't care less attitude.I would not use this hotel again. more

We loved the position of the Hotel, excellent for Gatwick, parking a breeeze. Staff were friendly and helpful, but decor in the bedrooms needed updating. The only downside for us was lack of Coffee and Tea making facilities in the bedrooms, I thought this was comon practice now. Even in small Guest Houses there are always these facilities. more
