The owners are very friendly and were kind enough to give me a lift to/from the train station. The cottage is located about 5 - 10 min drive from Basingstoke town centre, in a pleasant residential area / village.

My room was a double room with an ensuite shower/toilet. Room was spacious, light and airy. TV and refreshments available. Very comfy bed. Power shower worked well.
Breakfast was fine.

All in all, a pleasant overnight stay. more

Well worth the £60 ! The double bedroom was extremely comfortable, the breakfast was to a high standard. My wife and I stayed just one night but we were made to feel very welcome. Charming cottage with a charming couple. more
