We stayed in Cotels serviced apartments earlier on in December. You have to go to a different building a few miles away first to pick up the keys, the postcode wasn't on our satnav but they sent us a map by email and it wasn't too difficult to find. We stayed in apartment 205, it was brilliant! Very nicely decorated, has a lift and secure parking underneath the building. There's a button on the key fob you get for the apartment which opens the garage door to the parking underneath.
The apartment is literally over the road from Xscape where we did indoor sky diving and our first snowboarding lessons! There's a lot to do in Xscape. Also the apartment is over the road from the shopping centre, and around the corner (literally) from the restaurants and bars etc. You can't really hear any noise in the room, although slight noise is to be expected as you are very close to everything.
