I booked a room at this hotel through laterooms.com and it seemed a reasonable price. My friend and I weren't to concerned at having anything special as we were just staying there for a night out. On check in we were greeted by a fairly miserable young woman who made no attempt to make us feel welcome. We declined the... More

Having stayed in the "Quality" hotel in Reading quite a few years ago I'd vowed never to stay with this chain again, anyway due to unavailability elsewhere I ended up booking this place. Firstly it's described as a town/city centre hotel, it's nothing like it - miles from anything, except the A5. Having eventually found the place at around 21:30... More

A very average hotel. It's not in the middle of of Milton Keynes, it's in the middle of a roundabout outside of town. Facilities are basic, food is basic, staff are friendly however. If you are are going to Milton Keynes and can find another hotel for a similar price in the town itself, go for it.

This is a 'good' quality hotel, although the dinner in the restaurant wasn't all too special. Very friendly service, and the three nights for two offer was particularly good, saving a lot of money, for example if you went to the Travelodge instead. Recommended A++

Location – Just off the A5 on the edge of Milton Keynes – the hotel is situated in two mile ash a pleasant residential area of MK. Looking over the golf course you cannot really complain about the setting – but if you want to go into the city you will need to drive. Parking – Lots of parking &... More

As with other reviewers my room smelt of long term dampness as did other areas of the hotel. The room was in need of a refurb but it wasn't the worst room ever. The bed was massive and quite comfortable but other room facilities were quite old and uncomfortable. The bathroom was small but functional and I agree with other... More

I booked this hotel because we were going to the Robbie Williams concert at the National Bowl.I booked it for convenience not price~big mistake !!!! My main concern regarding booking accomodation was whether we could walk back to the hotel quickly and safely as I was aware booking a taxi would be difficult. I booked my room at this hotel... More

Well the breakfast was delicious and the rooms were nice and large, with possibly the biggest double bed ever!! Problem was - the room smelt like wet dogs! On our way out I did hear I guy asking what the smell was but the receptionist didn't seem to be being particularly helpful, they appeared to be playing dumb! It isn't... More

We needed a reasonable hotel for this years Monsters Of Rock at the Bowl. Room was fine, bed was King size, we were also able to book a double room for just under £45 which seemed like a good price. And the bar was still open after midnight. No traffic noise even with the window open meant a good nights... More

I stayed at the Quality hotel for three nights. The room was OK in size and not as outdated as people have indicated. Perhaps because I read the reviews for this hotel, my expectations were quite low??? The restaurant is currently being refurbished so food serving is now in one of the conference rooms. I only ate breakfast in the... More
