Well the room was clean and the hotel central other than that I dont rate it. The reception staff was non existant in fact we ended up having to ask a 'fleeting' cleaner for help. The noise of unruly guests was bad...............running up and down the corrider and then having a screaming abdab in the room !! When leaving again... more

If you are going to the Xscape complex, this hotel is unbeatable for location - it's 100 metres away, and there is free parking. Hotel brilliant, food great, service great, staff great what more can I say. Oh yes its so close to everything across the road for the scape, round the corner from the market and shops. Hotel barn restaurant great but near theatre and other great restaurants if you want a change. Stayed here lots of times and have never been dissapointed. more
