I was pleasantly surprised at this hotel as I didn't expect much from some online reviews I'd read. It's clean and functional, and at £38.00 a night including breakfast it's much better value than a travelodge. Stayed at Oakwood House for business. Very good value for double for single occupation at £38 pounds. Quiet fairly modern slightly tired room with tea and coffee facilities.Old T.V. but I wasn't there to watch T.V. I slept soundly so fairly quiet.Comfortable bed.
