We stayed one night at this hotel and was very impressed. The staff were all so helpful and friendly, the room was very comfortable and we had a four poster bed which i did not expect. It was quiet and the gardens were very nice. We had a meal in the Restaurant and it was both high standard and good... More

We attended a birthday party in the function room and stayed overnight in the hotel. The rooms were great value, were clean and comfortable and had everything in them that you could need. The staff are friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast was really nice and included in the price of the room. The function... More

I was looking for a small independant hotel somewhere in the town of Maidstone. I stayed at the Grange Moor with my wife. Right from check in to check out the staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable, tea & coffee facilities and a flat screen tv. Free wifi throughout. The food was very good... More

Hotel is dated, rooms are absolutely tiny and the so called ensuite was in actual fact the size of a shoe cupboard. The walls are paper thin we were woken up every hour by other guests. Overall, this is not a 3 star hotel not worth the money at all. Would recommend staying in a travel lodge or the premier... More

We stayed here, as part of a larger group on what was a very busy night for the hotel (they were fully booked). As mentioned by others, the hotel décor and the rooms could definitely do with a refresh but, as is always important, the room was very clean throughout. Dinner was excellent. For our group alone, the hotel was... More

That's as good as it gets. Food is awful, rooms are tired but acceptable. Room directly above kitchen so I listened to the staff having their early morning chats, the night porter listening to his music, the dish washer coming on and the doors between the kitchen and the dining hall constantly banging. Gentleman in the door next door sounded... More

We stayed at the Grange Moor for our last night in England before boarding the Eurostar in Ebbsfleet for our trip to Paris. The staff were very friendly and accommodating - especially the front desk and the waiting staffin the dining area and bar. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Because of our early morning start to catch the train,... More

We stayed here on 31st March, just for the one night. The hotel is located in a residential area opposite a church, and has a very popular function suite. it is a 15 minute walk into the town centre. We were allocated a room at the front which had a huge bay window. Shower room. Pleasantly decorated, although not keen on... More

Myself and my partner stayed at the Grange Moor Hotel for one night on 9th March 2013! We requested an early check in which was available for us which was great! We arrived at the hotel and straight away we felt very welcome! The lady on reception was so nice and friendly and we checked in so quickly and she... More
