I stayed here for three nights while doing research in the Kent County archives in January 2008, paying GBP25 a night and expecting just adequate accommodations. What I found was an immaculate house in a nice neighborhood run by Tony, a very friendly and interesting proprietor (his wife Sandy was away visiting family when I stayed there). My bed was great, the bathroom clean with plenty of hot water in the shower, and breakfast very good. I would recommend this establishment to anyone visiting Maidstone. more
