Overall I think this hotel is fine for the travelling businessperson. The room was clean and well maintained. The overall experience was pretty good, clean hotel and rooms, large family rooms available, nice shower. The FREE breakfast meant the hotel was very good value for money overall. Problems included noisy air conditioning in the room. more

Ok I know Holiday Inn is a chain and fairly characterless at that but this hotel is conveniently situated and exactly what you expect from a budget chain. Clean and comfortable, staff were efficient. Views are not great particularly at the back of the hotel (an awful council estate), but it is Dartford. more
