I stayed at the Hilton hotel in Watford for two nights in September for a well earned break. Stayed here for 2 nights to go to Wembley for an event. The hotel was in need of a renovation but bar and restaurant were very nice and swimming pool area was lovely to relax in. We stayed here on the half price special that The Hilton group were offering back in January. As we were going for my 60th (shoooosh) birthday, we booked a suite. It was well worth the price as we had a complete lounge and dinning area, which was huge and fully air conditioned which was needed at the end of July.... more

The early reviews here paint a pretty grim picture, perhaps they predate a refurbishment. My room was great, minor niggle that there was no fridge. Stayed in hilton watford for 2 nights and 3 days ample of parking space and had a very good room.
