Good value - if you search on the internet. good, clean and functional rooms. I can't fault this hotel for a business trip and a room to work in during the evening. Location is great for where I was working and if you are travelling along the M6 or through the midlands. More

No eye contact on arrival or departure at reception, with no smiles. Usually stay at Holiday Inn Stafford Services where staff are much more friendly. Couldnt find hotel with my satnav either. Called hotel to say which road i was on (which was only 2 minutes away) but the receptionist didnt even know the main road closest to the hotel! More

This hotel seems to have had a very high turn over of staff in recent months. Breakfast area dirty. Floors and tables with food debris on them. Dirty plates etc in the food service area. Not enough food or staff. No plates, cups, bowls, cutlery etc. A crowd of people waiting with no staff to advise what is happening. More

This is a good choice for a budget hotel. Our room was clean and although the bed had a cheap mattress it was adequate for a two night stay. No flat screen TV's here, just the old box style.
