Friendly, welcoming, helpful staff. My room was admittedly small (unsurprisingly, in such an historic building), but otherwise perfect; and quiet, none of the noise you can get when staying above a pub. Location is virtually in the town centre and on the river Avon.

Stayed here with a group of 8, made welcome from the moment we checked in. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good ales and food in bar. locals also friendly having the crack. Will definetly stay again hope to be back next year.
