I stayed here en route to the West Country so it is a very convenient stop-off, being located just a few minutes off the M5 in the centre of town with it's own car parking facilities. Hotel was centrally located. Design and layout was unique and has its special character. Its has different design and layout for all its rooms. Rooms was pretty clean and neat, comparable to even some 4 stars. However, what was disapponting was that wifi was NOT available in the rooms. Lack of Customer orientated and hospitaliy. more
