Only had twin available which was ok at first glance, if a bit basic. On entering bathroom there was a very strong smell of mould or water rot. Had to run fan to gid rid of smell for a while. Further inspection showed no toilet roll so had to speak to people in pub to get some put in room.... more

Tried to book a room here over the phone but the woman was rude and unhelpful and eventually hung up on me. Charming. Stayed at the Brickmakers Arms in Balsall Common. Very friendly, and much cheaper (no cooked brekkies tho). more

Unfortunately what looked to be lovely B&B accommodation in a small village pub turned out to be extremely disappointing and over priced. The room was tiny but clean.
