I have stayed at the hotel many times in the past, the thing that puts it apart from other hotels is the staff, they are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Room service is good and the food the same. more

This is a tough hotel to review as on first sight it should score very highly. However it has very littlesoul/character. We stayed at this hotel on 11/04/09 for two nights. We were pleased with the service at the checkout....very helpful! The room was pleasantly spacious with a choice of pillows and very clean. As we were room only and did not eat in at evening time, cannot comment on food. There is a charge for the car park on daily... more

Stayed again at the Holiday Inn, Solihull. good location for going out on a Friday night, standard room (Rm 212) was more than adequate for our needs. They give you a choice of pillows and the beds are large even in the standard rooms. One grip (but it is the same with all hotels) is the price of a bottle... more

I've stayed at several hotels in Solihull area and Holiday Inn represents a solid value compared to other hotels. The hotel is located proximate to Touchwood (extensive shops / restaurants) in Solihull City Centre. The rooms are modestly appointed and generally quiet.
