As with most Holiday Inns there is nothing special to say about the Preston Hotel, but it's clean, has parking (but limited), staff were pleasant and breakfast at £5 was very good value. Close to the town centre, but next to the bus station so not an affluent end of town.... if there is one in Preston!

Noisy. Typical of the chain, somewhat cheap and spartan accommodations. Rooms were small, but clean. No check-in or checkout hassles. The breakfast was a plus. Beyond that, pretty much an unexciting booking that met a stopover travel need. Average.

Stopped at this hotel for one night on the return from our tour of Scotland with GB Tours. Ideal stop over. Good room, food and staff. Could not have been better in any respect. Would certainly stay here again. Dinner was Good and what a fantastic breakfast.

Clean, comfortable with lovely staff. Breakfast was plentiful with ample choice. I had the haddock with a poached egg and would recommend it. Our room was on 2nd floor but wasn't noisy at all. Very convenient for bus to visit our family. Definitely stay again
