1 night stay in dirty lifeless hotel. Had the pleasure of checking into a room where the bed had just been slept in, the shower had just been used, the bin had not been emptied etc etc. Full of apologies and at least responsive enough to offer a free upgrade (to a room that had been cleaned!!)
