We stay at the Mill as often as possible for short breaks. It is next to a canal lock out in the country in a lovely setting. It is a friendly little place and the food is first class. We would highly recommend it. more

As has been pointed out previously the hotel is outside Lancaster but for us that was a bonus as it is in a lovely quiet setting with a lovely view from the room. Also being remote there is no traffic noise - indeed almost the only noise with the windows open was the water in the lock outside the room.... more
