Great little lodge easy to find with warm welcome from the hosts. My room was on the bottom floor of the converted stables and was a good size with a lovely new bathroom. My wife and I stayed 3 nights at this pub with rooms. The room in a former stable was blessed with a superb bathroom. Except the shower was over the bath and had a fixed head with quite low pressure. We stayed at the Slyne Lodge hotel for two nights while taking our daughter back to uni. It is quite conveniently situated on the outskirts of Lancaster, on the way to Morecambe - but the traffic in and out of Lancaster is dreadful, so be warned as it takes longer than you might think!
