I spent two nights at this hotel as part of a large party during March. While there were definitely some positives(room size, clean facilities etc) the overall experience was marred by the hotel reception staff who need some training in customer service! more

I simply cannot fault this hotel. The setting is lovely, the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and furnished to a high standard. The beds are huge, I could go on.... I would recommend this hotel 100% and will definitely keep booking here when I need to stay in the area. more

We stayed at the mount pleasant hotel on the 25/2/08 we had a fantastic evening. The staff was very nice the rooms themselfs was very clean couldn't find any fault at all. We will be going back very soon. more

I visit this area on business at least fortnightly and often weekly and have done so for the last two years. I have never had a bad experience at this hotel.
