I booked many months in advance for a 5 night stay in a courtyard room and we certainly had a terrific time. We loved the whole experience. Having recently parted with £140 a night for their "De Luxe Courtyard Room" I would strongly recommend anyone to look elsewhere. I found the customer service to be appallingly rude and nonchalant, the rooms unbearably hot and the rate overpriced and not value for money at all.
