Highlights of a visit to the Cotswolds are Sudeley Castle, Blenheim Palace and Bourton-on-the-Water. But the one and only place-to-be for your B&B is Staddlestones. Go there and experience yourself this sparkling Gem of Chipping Campden. We just spent there 5 days and immediately felt welcome and at home. Pauline, Steve and Alex thanks once again. We stayed in the garden room for two nights last weekend and had a lovely stay. Pauline and Steve made us feel like friends rather than guests. Previous reviewers have described the rooms and facilities so I won't do so again, save to give a special mention to the fantastic breakfast (one of the best we've even had). Staddlestones is... We have just returned home after a great 3 night stay at Staddlestones where we were made to feel most welcome by Pauline and Steve in their beautiful home.. Our room was spacious, clean and beautifully furnished, the bed was extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed from complimentary toiletries to tea, coffee , bottled water, biscuits etc. Breakfast... We stayed for three nights in late March 2013, Pauline is very helpful during our stay. There was an unexpected heavy snow during our stay and actually it was a bonus for us. We never see such beautiful snow before, and my little kid is happy to play around the house. The breakfast is delicious and Pauline is very generous... More

This B and B is rated as 5 star and the price also reinforces that rating, but given the quality of the accommodation, and excellent food, not to mention the welcome and care, then the cost is well worth while. We stayed at Staddlestones with friends for a few nights. It's location is within comfortable walking distance from the centre... More

We stay at Staddlestones for two nights in November and felt so welcome! Tea and cakes and a chance to relax on arrival, and then off to the Eight Bells in the evening, which Pauline had recommended and pre-booked for us (same on Saturday for Joel's, both great food and atmosphere). Room was beautifully decorated, bed super comfy and breakfast... More

We stayed with Steve and Alex for 3 nights in June and wished we could have stayed longer. Chipping Campden is called the most beautiful town in the beautiful Cotswalds and we have to agree. When we arrived Steve welcomed us a with a cup of tea and some cake in the lovely garden - such a relaxing start to... More

We stayed here for weekend in October. It is without doubt one of the finest B and Bs we have ever visited. Located on the edge of Cipping Campden which is a picture postcard cotswolds village (In my opinion the finest village in the area and certainly far more peaceful than some of the tourist traps like Bourton on the... Access to the Garden Room is via an exterior flight of steps onto a small balcony (with table and chairs) which overlooks open farmland. The accommodation, comprising lounge, shower room and bedroom, is tastefully decorated and covered all our needs: S O much better than the normal b & b bedroom !! Staddlestones was peaceful and convenient, and Pauline and... More
