Very comfortable room with one of the best beds I can remember for some time. Good bar with excellent quality food. Very helpful staff at reception and elsewhere. Only one issue was that somhow my breakfast order was lost somewhere between the restaurant and kitchen but the waiting staff sorted it out very quickly.

Staff were excellent, especially reception but there were some short comings. It was quite hot but we could not open the windows on the 4th floor. Room breakfast was ok but served margarine instead of butter and cheap bread for toast. Quite a quirky building, book your room on the back if you can as noisy on the front road.

Nice location close to Piccadilly Station. A clean nice hotel with an excellent receptionist (girl) that was so very keen to help. Nice breakfast staff too. The rooms were OK and clean, I only missed a fridge. Near to everything in the city as it seemed.
