This is a spacious and well-appointed apartment, but shows all the signs of a manager/owner who has lost interest. It was clean and comfortable, but showing signs of wear and tear - the wardrobe mirror was cracked, the shower head leaked very badly, the carpets and paintwork could have done with a clean. We stayed last Night at the GQ614 Apartment for 1 Night,we were in Manchester to see the Take That Concert.All i can say is WOW ! We loved our stay here . The apartment is spotless . Free wifi free sky hd and is convenient for the MEN arena and is a home from home.

“TERRIBLE APARTMENTS AND AN OWNER WHO STEALS FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT”

Myself and 4 other women booked and stayed in the GQ614 apartment on July 31st 2010. On arrival we were shown around and noticed the mirrors were smashed and the showers didn't sit properly making them virtually impossible to use.
