We turned up at 1.45pm on Saturday. We had not been emailed specific directions so we relied on the address/ postcode. When we arrived, we had no way of knowing as the building did not have its name on it. We phoned the number for CityServe Apartments and he was able to explain where the apartment black/ room was, what the entry procedures were etc. but this should have been emailed to us in advance and they should have phoned us in the morning with this important information.

The apartment isessentially part of a huge block of flats, mostly occupied by young 20s. Nothing wrong in that per-se, but we were woken on 3 separate occasions as late as 5am by noisy people coming home late.

The location is good for shopping in the city centre as it is only a 5 or 10 min walk. On the downside, the area outside the apartment block doesn't feel very safe at night. We saw glass on the pavement the next morning from where a car window had been broken
